Terms of Use - World Series of Poker

If you choose to join an online session of World Series of Poker, you must agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, your access to an online session will be denied.

By joining an online session, you must leave the Activision controlled environment provided within World Series of Poker. While the game's content has been rated for Everyone 10 + (E10+), the content of the game in an online session may change due to interactive exchanges or messages, material and/or content being posted by online players (collectively, "Online Content"). If you choose to join an online session, you do so entirely at your own risk and with the express understanding that you may be subjected or exposed to Online Content that you find offensive, vulgar or otherwise objectionable. Activision and Sony Computer Entertainment do not take any responsibility for, nor does either party support, sponsor or endorse, any Online Content and neither party will have any responsibility to review or monitor online play or any Online Content.

However, Activision reserves the right at any time to remove, edit or delete Online Content that Activision, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines or deems to be abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of intellectual property laws, violates any person's rights of privacy or publicity, or otherwise objectionable, unsuitable or unacceptable. Each online player is solely responsible or liable for any Online Content that he or she transmits, uploads or posts during an online session.

Listed below are some, though not all, violations that may result in Activision terminating or suspending your access to an online session and/or online play. You agree not to do any of the following actions while playing in any online session:

1. Harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another online player or other individual or entity;

2. Transmit or post any Online Content that Activision considers to be disruptive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

3. Cheat or otherwise violate the commonly acceptable rules of online play, including, but not limited to, by signing up for online tournaments multiple times;

4. Disrupt the normal flow of online play in any manner or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other online players;

5. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law, regulation or treaty while using or accessing any online session; and

6. Invade the privacy or violate or infringe any right of any person or entity, including, without limitation, any intellectual property right.

You agree to indemnify Activision for any and all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action arising as a result of your posting, transmitting or uploading of any Online Content or your failure to comply with these Terms of Use.

Activision, in its sole discretion, may determine your compliance with these Terms of Use. Activision reserves the right to prevent or limit your access to any online session for any violation of these Terms of Use and may refer your activity to law enforcement authorities in its sole discretion.
